#lcmartist Antoine Doréand Simons Foundation are “Cracking the Glass Problem.” The Cracking the Glass Collaboration is looking into how the forces between the glass particles behave. Glass is interesting because it is an amorphous solid, a noncrystalline solid in which the atoms and molecules are not organized in a definite lattice pattern like other solid materials.
