Here’s a great new piece by #lcmartist Vidhya Nagarajan for The New York Times — one for the business section about salary transparency and how there is widespread non-compliance with the laws at this point and that companies who see compensation data end up lowering their wages. The article is called “Who Benefits When Salary Info is Public? ” It’s good for pay equity, and it can be good for managers, but it’s not so good for superstars.
