Awesome new series by ZE OTAVIO for Revista da Cultura (Cultura Magazine). This is a portrait of Caetano Galindo, Thomas Pynchon, David Foster Wallace and James Joyce for a article called “Galindo’s Bloomsday.” Galindo is a translator and professor and has a doctorate in linguistics from the University of São Paulo. Since 1998 he has been a professor of History of the Portuguese Language at the Federal University of Paraná and has translated into Brazilian Portuguese works of authors such as James Joyce, David Foster Wallace, and Thomas Pynchon.
