Here’s a wonderful portrait of Jun Sakamoto by ZE OTAVIO. Jun is a chef at one of the most important Japanese restaurants in Brazil based in Rio de Janeiro “Sushi Leblon.” They just put out a magazine celebrating their 30 years and interviewed the acclaimed Chef who was a very important figure for the restaurant in the 90’s. I’ve actually been to Suchi Leblon and it’s as fantastic as everyone claims.
