1.) Muscle soreness is essential to muscle growth; 2.) You’re born as an explosive athlete or slow plodder.; 3.) If you binge on pizza, you need to do a longer workout the following day.; 4.) You should never do isolation exercises.; 5.) Lifting maximum weights is the fastest way to max muscle growth.; 6.) You have a 30 min. window after lifting to feed your muscle protein.
