This was a piece MICHAEL BYERS did for an upcoming book organized by Julia Rothman titled The Who, The What and The When: 65 Artists Illustrate the Secret Accomplices of History. Mike was assigned Holger Geschwindner who was the coach and mentor of NBA superstar Dirk Nowitzki. The book isn’t out quite yet but Julia has allowed those participating to showcase their imagery, it comes out in 2014 so just around the corner. We can’t wait to see what the other artists have come up with, it’s going to be an incredible grouping of talented artists!
