Loving this piece by VIDHYA NAGARAJAN called “Elixer: Booze Cruise” for Sauce Magazine — would I love to be on one of those floats just about NOW! It’s a great piece on how float trips don’t require much these days, sunscreen and a large cooler of beer. Gone are the days of Bud Light & Wild Turkey shoots — palates have since changed. We now drink the fancy beers, IPA’s, wheat beers and yummy pale ales heading down the Missouri waterways. Check out the article for the selection of beers they recommend!
