Here’s a great new piece by DAVID JUNKIN For Seven Days Magazine | Vermont’s Independent Voice. The art is for an article called “Inmates, Interrupted: UVM Brings Therapy to Federal Prisoners” on how criminals awaiting trial in Vermont don’t have access to drug treatment programs. They only get access to treatment programs after they are convicted. The University of Vermont is trying to change this, offering some hope to dealer/addicts who are awaiting trail. The man in the story was arrested for selling Oxycontin.
