Beautiful art by Gonçalo Viana for the cover of INATEL’s Tempo Livra for the upcoming celebration of the Portuguese April 25th Revolution. Gonçalo tried different ways of blending the revolution, astronomy & culture together. With the pandemic seemingly shifting to a lower gear, and the bubbles we’ve all been living in starting, albeit slowly, to merge back together, he came up with this beautiful piece. For those that don’t know, the red carnation flower is the symbol commonly used for the Portuguese Revolution.
