This is definitely a subject that hits home & hope it will evolve much sooner then later. The article illustrated by MICHAEL BYERS is called “Single women downplay career goals and salary expectations” and was commissioned by the University of Chicago – Chicago Booth Review. “Single women routinely downplay their career goals and subdue their assertiveness in hopes of better romantic opportunities, according to University of Chicago’s Leonardo Bursztyn, Princeton’s Thomas Fujiwara, and Harvard’s Amanda Pallais.” How can we change this? Are single woman truly avoiding career changes/enhancements/goals if they have a negative marriage consequences?
